I am an E-RYT® 500 yoga instructor trained in vinyasa, yin, hatha, restorative, and trauma-informed yoga. I completed my RYT-200 with Anna Laurita at davannayoga in Mexico, followed by an RYT-300 certification with Janet Stone.

YOGA
Yoga is part of a lifelong exploration of the mind-body connection. After many years dancing, I was drawn to the gentler approach of yoga in maintaining strength and flexibility while embracing challenges and curiosity. My physical practice quickly turned inward, and my vinyasa and hatha classes are rooted in strength, intuition, and breath. Creative sequences, mindful transitions, and playful music allow students to get lost in a steady, rhythmic flow that centers body and mind while grounding energy. In restorative sessions, the invitation to heal and connect with the mental, physical, and emotional bodies encourages total relaxation.
RESTORATIVE MEDITATION
Combining principles of restorative yoga with guided meditation, this practice is deeply healing for both body, mind, and soul. Meditation practices such as visualization, sensory awareness, and yoga nidra are offered while the body is fully supported with props. The integration of these modalities provides immense benefits for the nervous system, a deep relaxation of the physical body, and mental clarity. Occasionally, sound healing is incorporated into the restorative meditation practice.
